I'm currently not accepting insurance, but many clients find that they can be partially or fully reimbursed for therapy services. I can provide the necessary paperwork needed to submit to your insurance company.
It is important to check with your insurance company for out of network benefits PRIOR to commencing therapy services if you are going to request reimbursement. I provide a "Superbill" which can be submitted.
Take these steps to check with your insurance:

Check the back of your insurance card for a phone number regarding Mental Health Services.
2.
When calling your insurance, ask if they reimburse for therapy services. Explain that a Superbill can be provided.
3.
Ask the insurance company the amount they reimburse. Each insurance company will vary.
4.
Advise your therapist you need a Superbill provided for services.
